Limited Edition Mon-Key Lime | 150ml

This member of the troop came around when one of our Chimpions (Steve Hildreth) said you "should make a chilli and lime sauce" .

I said that I don't really like lime, so might make a rubbish product.

He then said "Yeah, but I've got a great name for ya...Mon-KeyLime", I dropped my head and he says...What's up..Don't you know what key limes are?" ha ha ha

I said no...it's a Sauceome name...I'm gonna have to make it now.

I was growing some Chocolate habaneros, so when they were ripe, I gathered loads from all the plants lime, this sauce is guaranteed to brighten up your day.

Perfect to marinade chicken, fish, or use as a dip and also great in soups, sauces and gravies.

Ingredients:

Chocolate Habanero 33%,

Lime Juice 24%

Onion, Demerara Sugar, Water, Vinegar, Garlic
