Dark ruby ​​red color, quite consistent.

On the nose it is quite complex and fine, with fruity notes of ripe red fruit and spicy black pepper. On the palate it is dry, quite warm and acidulous, quite tannic and medium-bodied. Quite persistent.  

Recommended with tasty soups, roasts, game and Florentine steak. A versatile wine for the whole meal or as an aperitif.
