It’s also oak barrelled so the wine could develop and mature before bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is less golden than it’s Honeybunch sister and has a specific haze due to the contact with the grape skins (and it is unfiltered). The wine is a fresh, spicy and saline journey in your mouth which is much more lemon zest rather than honeysuckle.
