Rioja Reserva Manoso | Tempranillo 2017 | 14.5%

Bold red and black cherry, supple tannins with vanilla and spice from oak. There is some evolution to this wine with a balance of savoury tones and hints of cedar.

Family producer, Ruiz de Vinaspre, make all their wines from their own vineyards in Rioja Alavesa. Ruiz de Viñaspre produces fruity, ripe and balanced wines. New Riojas, that perfectly capture where they have come from.

Hand harvested from vines over 40 years old. Whole wine aged in a mix of new and old 80% French oak and 20% American oak for 3 years (well beyond what is necessary). The wine also sees extended bottle ageing, only being released when ready to drink.
