Tetramythos Winery is located in Ano Diakopto of Aegialia, on the slopes of Helmos. Sauvignon Blanc vines are cultivated at 1000 meters above sea and due to the microclimate, soil, sun exposure as well as cultivation techniques (organically grown), they produce top-notch quality grapes. The slow ripening contributes to the development of intense aromas and the retaining of the variety’s naturally high acidity. Fermentation and aging in new oak barrels for 4-6 months mellow its sharp acidity and give it creamy sensation and complexity that they would envy even in Loire Valley.
