The colour is a mid-toned, bright cherry red with aromas of strawberries, raspberries, and sour cherries alongside a lovely mountain herbaceousness. On the palate, the wine is balanced, spicy, and elegant, with flavours of cherry, fig, baking spices and a touch of vanilla. It has a bright finish with juicy acidity and a long finish.
