Ali Oli Garlic Mayo Sauce

Aioli Sauce is typical of the western Mediterranean, where it has been enjoyed for centuries. Ferrer prepares it following a traditional recipe: without eggs and only with oil, garlic, lemon juice and salt. We recommend serving such a versatile sauce with grilled meat and fish, but also with noodle paellas, vegetables and salads.

Store in a clean, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 1 week.
