 Made entirely from donated County Durham apples, the Durham Blend will change year to year as a reflection of the season. 

This batch of Durham Blend has all our characteristic fresh, zingy lime and rhubarb notes. We can thank the great weather of 2022 for the hints of ripe apple skin and a smooth body. The flavour profile is completed with an elegant mineral finish.
