Domaine Wilfried et Réjane | Le Courage des Oiseaux 2023 | 13%

Le Courage des Oiseaux from Wilfried and Réjane is a delightful organic rosé from the sun-kissed southern Rhone valley. The wine is a blend of Grenache (50%), Carignan (40%) and Cinsault (10%) all hand-picked at perfect ripeness to get maximum juiciness from the grapes. On the nose, expect some classic stone fruit, like peach and apricot, that carry through to the palate. A nicely acidic finish makes this a lovely refreshing wine.

Ideal on its own on a summer's day or with fish, sushi or tapas.

Contains a small amount of sulphites added at bottling.
