A fine texture and a pleasant freshness lead to flowery notes and almond hints to the nose. In the mouth, a length of flavour and fresh ending enhanced by a remarkable structure in which can be found notes of lemon and grapefruit. Grapes for this Champagne come from the 4 hectare Champ Persin plot which produces just 40,000 bottles per year.

From the Cote des Bar region of Champagne. The Moutard family has been making wine since 1642 from its base in Buxeuil on the sunny slopes of the Cote des Bar and started producing Champagne in 1927.
