In partnership with Carlos Sánchez from Spain, we created this 100% old-vine Garnacha. It has a soft, expressive nose of red fruits and cherry with an underlying earthiness. The palate is juicy and mouth-watering with bags of layered blackcurrant, sweet cherry and fruits of the forest. The tannins are low to medium ensuring drinkability but also versatility as a food-friendly wine to sit alongside your meal.
