This sour beer was brewed in collaboration with our friends Dolphin Brewery. A modern Gose with lime, Holy Island Sea Salt and Motueka hops. Holy Island Sea Salt is harvested from the tempestuous waters that surround the tidal island of Lindisfarne, this sea salt has a unique flavour and combined with the lime juice creates a Gose full of citrus and margarita notes. And it's super sessionable!
