Originally this sauce was made for The Tyne Burner Chilli Festival in Newcastle Upon Tyne in October 2019, but when I realised people love flavour and fire together and not just heat for heat sake, I vowed to make this again for our sauceome Chimpions, as they couldn't get enough of the hot stuff.
It's quite a challenge gathering all the different varieties of pods for the task, but we love our Chimpions and want to do the best for every single one of you.
So twice a year we are able to make this sauce and help you Keep on Howlin' ha ha ha
Ingredients:
Chillies (36%),Carolina Reaper, Yellow Primo, Yellow Moruga, Red Scorpion, Armageddon, Naga, Yellow Habanero, Aji
Lemon and Chipotle chillies)).
Mango Puree, Tomatoes (Tomatoes (60%) Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)). Onion, Water, White Wine Vinegar,
Demerara Sugar, Pineapple, Papaya, Black Pepper and Chimpotle.
SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE REFRIGERATE ONCE OPEN AND USE WITHIN 6 WEEKS

The Chilli List: Fresh Carolina Reaper, Yellow Primo, Yellow Moruga, Red Scorpion, Armageddon, Naga, Yellow Habanero, Aji

The Howler goes with any meats, or beets you can eat,
but only if you can handle the heat.
Also great with Cheeses, in soups, sauces and gravies.
Can be Used as a marinade or pour on top of food.
The choice is yours, you just have to Keep on Chimpin' to get yours twice a year when released.
