This blend of Northumbrian grown fruit includes a significant proportion of the classic cider variety, Browns Apple along with an unknown cooking variety.

It pours rich gold in colour and tempts with aromas of honey, lemon and toast, these notes come through strongly on the tongue. With plenty of ripe apple and balanced with a moreish mineral finish, would go well with creamy dishes.
