Dark ruby red in colour, the Pratsch Zweigelt on the nose throws at you strawberries, plums, damsons, herbs and balsamic. It has supple mid-level tannins and flavours of fresh cranberries, pepper, strawberry and redcurrants. Refreshing and delicious! Best enjoyed just slightly chilled. Superb with hard cheeses, duck, game, and also lighter dishes like a chicken salad that benefit from a wine with a good backbone of acidity.
