The Prince Bishops of Durham held ecclesial and secular power. They were used to the best products available and enjoyed refined tastes. Our Ethiopian Prince Bishops coffee is a more expensive single origin bean from the Guji region. It is a light-medium roast to highlight wonderful fruity flavour notes and light acidity. Taking a break from the daily politics of the land, we imagine this coffee to be a perfect fit for the Prince Bishops and their refined afternoon coffee assembly.
