Pays d'Oc - Indication Géographique Protégée Les Vignobles Foncalieu looked for a fresh and floral grape variety which could be enhanced by Languedoc terroirs, they chose Albariño. Originally from Galicia, it has made a new home in Foncalieu’s Puichéric vineyard where oceanic and Mediterranean influences meet, allowing it to express its full richness. Aged 4 months in stainless steel vats.

Try with seared prawns, a grilled sole or a veal blanquette. Serve chilled at 10c.
