Harvested at night to preserve all the freshness and aromatic finesse of the grapes, this Gewurztraminer based wine is vinified just like a red, with 2–3 days of skin contact to develop flavour and a little grip.

The gentle bubbles develop naturally, thanks to the fermentation of the grapes’ own sugars. Serve it over two ice cubes, add a slice of orange, and enjoy an elegant, natural alternative to the classic Italian Aperol. Expect aromas of rose and citrus with a gentle bitterness. 

Food versatile, it pairs delightfully with picnic foods, cheese, Mediterranean or Asian dishes with sweet spice or desserts, including Baklava.
